At Ace we are launching a support group for partners or spouses of people diagnosed with dementia before the age of 65. This space, which will have between 8 and 15 participants per session, seeks to provide training on the disease, including Alzheimer's, and emotional support in a safe and professional environment.

Led by a psychologist and a social worker, the group will meet weekly for 10 face-to-face sessions at the Ace Diagnostic Unit. Each one-and-a-half hour session will address key issues related to the impact of the disease and coping strategies.

The objective is to provide a space to share experiences, learn about the disease and strengthen the emotional and practical resources of caregivers.

Registration is now open. To participate, just send an email to treballsocial@fundacioace.org indicating your interest and contact information.
