TREATMENT UNIT
At the Ace Alzheimer Center Barcelona, we offer day care treatments to ensure that people with cognitive impairment and/or dementia and their families receive comprehensive therapeutic care, using an interdisciplinary approach that can meet their needs, primarily during the early and middle stages of the disease.
Our professionals work with the aim of rehabilitating the user’s impaired cognitive functions and enhancing the ones that have remained intact, as well as providing support to their families and caregivers.
How can I get a place at the Day Care Center or Day Hospital?
*To get a subsidized place at the Day Care Center, you must apply for the LAPAD (Law 39/2006 of 14 December 2006 on the Promotion of Personal Autonomy and Assistance for People in Situations of Dependence) procedure.

Evaluation by a neurology or dementia specialist.

Service suitability assessment by a social worker.
