TREATMENT UNIT

At the Ace Alzheimer Center Barcelona, we offer day care treatments to ensure that people with cognitive impairment and/or dementia and their families receive comprehensive therapeutic care, using an interdisciplinary approach that can meet their needs, primarily during the early and middle stages of the disease.

Our professionals work with the aim of rehabilitating the user’s impaired cognitive functions and enhancing the ones that have remained intact, as well as providing support to their families and caregivers.

We implement the Comprehensive Psychostimulation Program (L. Tárraga, 1991) to help users remain cognitively and functionally independent for as long as possible.
