The most magical night of the year returns for its tenth edition

On October 2, the Hotel El Palace Barcelona will host the 10th edition of Alzheimer’s Night (LNDA), an evening to recognize the strength of families, the dedication of professionals, and the commitment of society as a whole to research into Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

Each year, La Noche del Alzheimer has been much more than a charity event. It is a space where culture, music, and art come together with science to raise awareness about people with Alzheimer’s and their families, as well as to raise funds to promote research.

This year, we will be joined by celebrities and prominent artists such as Mariona Escoda, Sílvia Bel, Pep Bou, Laura Andrés, Rafel Faixedas, and Carles Xuriguera. We will also have the honor of welcoming authorities such as Cristina Lasmarías, Head of Intermediate Care Planning, Department of Health, and Marta Villanueva, Minister of Health, People with Disabilities, and Strategy Against Loneliness.

All proceeds will go entirely to early detection projects that seek to develop new digital tools to identify the first signs of the disease. Diagnosing Alzheimer’s early is vital for making better decisions, planning, and providing better care for those affected.

In addition, during this gala we will present the new edition of the Regala Memoria campaign (Gift Memory) and share the results of the Un Abrazo por el Alzheimer solidarity initiative, which has mobilized thousands of people to support this cause.
