Quality Policy

The Ace Alzheimer Center’s Quality Policy reflects the commitment of this nonprofit organization to serve people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias and their caregivers.

The activities that the Ace Alzheimer Center deems to be compliant with the required quality per the ISO 9001:2015 International Standard are:

  • Diagnostic and Treatment Unit
  • Clinical Trials Unit
  • Day Hospital
  • Day Care Center
  • Therapeutic Apheresis Unit
  • Research and Teaching

The Policy statement sets out the following as general guidelines:

  1. Commitment to complying with the applicable requirements, including the legal requirements.
  2. Based on the strategic lines defined in the context analysis carried out, the company objectives have been defined. These have been disseminated across all levels of our organizational structure.
  3. Implement quality metrics, as well as monitor their progress levels, so as to enable us to find out and ensure the service and quality levels sought by our customers.
  4. Ensure optimal working conditions by identifying the risks that may arise during the processes, removing them where possible and reducing any risks that have been identified.
  5. Develop continuous training programs to obtain the highest qualifications for our employees, thereby getting all the staff involved in the achievement of all targets set.
  6. Commitment to the continuous improvement of the management system put in place by the company.
  7. Promote and create a motivating environment for all members of the company.

Management has made this Policy accessible to all and has made it available to all customers, employees, suppliers and stakeholders.

The Policy is kept up to date through regular reviews that take place at the same time as system reviews by Management, for the purpose of taking into account any changes to environmental conditions and the information received. In this regard, Management provides and will provide all the human, technical and financial means necessary to achieve the objectives and targets regularly set in advance.
