The use of the Foundation’s resources, as well as the making of donations or the establishment of financial contributions, to support—directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever—the activities of political groups, public officials, or candidates for public office, at any level of representation, is not authorized.

Objective: Ensure that suppliers comply with the Foundation’s ethical standards.

The Ace Foundation requests:

– That all its suppliers adhere to the highest ethical standards in the context of their activities.

-No sanction or discriminatory measure may be taken against such a collaborator, provided that they have acted in good faith and without any intent to cause harm, even if the facts giving rise to the alert prove to be inaccurate or do not result in any action due to withdrawal.
