She holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Tax Consultancy, Accounting and Business Management. She began her professional career as head of accounting and human resources in the family business.

In 1999 she joined Ace Alzheimer Center Barcelona as director of the area of economic and human resources management until 2021, when she moved to the general management of the organisation.

Member of the Col·legi d’Economistes de Catalunya and the Societat Catalana de Gestió Sanitària, she is a certified Chartered Controller Analyst.
