Susana Diego holds a degree in Psychology, specializing in Psychogerontology and Neuropsychology. She also has a Master’s in Psychogerontology and Applied Neurosciences, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Neuropsychology.

She began her career at Ace Alzheimer Center Barcelona, gaining experience in cognitive assessments of users at the Day Care Unit. Later, she combined her work as a therapist leading memory workshops with gaining experience in clinical trials.

She is currently a Sub-Investigator at the Clinical Trials Unit, with extensive experience in the evaluation of cognitive and functional scales, integrating research with clinical assessment of users and providing support to families. She has also contributed as co-author to several scientific research publications.

Alongside this, she continues her clinical work conducting cognitive assessments, supporting families at the Memory Unit, and accompanying users at the Day Care Unit of Ace Alzheimer Center Barcelona, thus consolidating her commitment to improving the quality of life of people affected by memory loss.
