Mariola Moreno
Social Worker
Mariola Moreno Gómez is a social worker at Ace Alzheimer Center Barcelona, where she has worked since 2006. She is part of the Social Work team within the Diagnostic Unit and also participates in the Social Research area. Her professional career focuses on providing care and support to people with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia and their families, as well as researching the social and psychosocial aspects associated with dementia.
She has co-authored several scientific publications and participated in training and outreach activities aimed at families and caregivers. She studied at the University of Barcelona between 1997 and 2000.
