Andrea Miguel Romero
International Project Coordinator at Ace Alzheimer Center Barcelona
Andrea Miguel holds a degree in Biomedical Sciences from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a Master’s in Assisted Human Reproduction from Pompeu Fabra University in collaboration with the Eugin Clinic. She has also completed a Master’s in Editorial Translation at the International University of Valencia.
Since 2023, she has been working as International Project Coordinator at Ace Alzheimer Center Barcelona, where she is responsible for coordinating and implementing Ace’s participation in various research and dissemination projects on Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative disorders.
These projects focus on the use of artificial intelligence applied to cognitive diagnosis, scientific communication, and genetic counseling in the context of cognitive impairment.
Her work includes, among other tasks, the organization of workshops and scientific meetings, as well as the coordination and logistics of research activities within the framework of the projects. She is also responsible for overseeing dissemination strategies and managing patient participation in clinical studies, always ensuring ethical and methodological compliance.
