
She is a nurse with more than 18 years of experience in different healthcare settings, with a particular focus on her work in hospitals, research centers, and geriatric residences in Barcelona and Girona. Throughout her career, she has developed skills in both direct clinical care and laboratory analysis, as well as in participation in research studies.
She began her career in 1999 in geriatric residences in Barcelona, where she built a solid foundation in elderly care. Later, between 2003 and 2010, she worked as a clinical nurse in renowned hospitals such as Hospital Comarcal del Maresme i la Selva, Vall d’Hebron Mother and Child Hospital, Centre Mèdic Teknon, and Hospital Sant Rafael, gaining experience in various hospital services.
From 2009 to 2015, she was part of the Banc de Sang i Teixits de Barcelona, collaborating in the area of transfusions and tissue preservation. In parallel, between 2011 and 2015, she worked at Unilabs in the field of laboratory analysis.
Her vocation for research was consolidated in 2017, when she joined the Research Unit of Ace Alzheimer Center Barcelona as a Study Nurse, contributing to projects related to health and ageing.
