HR Generalist – Ace Alzheimer Center Barcelona

Alejandra Valero is part of the team at Ace Alzheimer Center Barcelona as an HR Generalist. She has a strong background in people management and organizational development, gained in international environments and companies across various sectors, including the automotive industry and the technology field.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and a Master’s degree in People and Organization Management from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra – Barcelona School of Management. She has also complemented her training with specialized courses in payroll, social security, and labor contracting.

Before joining Ace, Alejandra worked at Nissan Motor España, where she managed recruitment processes, talent development, well-being programs, training, and internal audits. Previously, she was part of the team at Yummy Delivery in Venezuela, leading initiatives related to organizational climate, corporate culture, and talent recognition.

At Ace, her work focuses on labor management, talent selection and onboarding, employee well-being, and promoting professional training and development. Her approach aims to align the team with the organization’s values, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
